The customer will receive a full refund only if the return is a result of our error. Book/s or services purchased from www.wegallivant.com can be returned only when:
- Book/s which were not ordered but supplied by mistake.
- Book/s were received in damaged conditions.
- Book/s were received after 30 days of placing the order.
Such cases must be brought to our notice immediately after receipt of book/s by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Return of such book/s must be received by us within 10 days from the date of delivery at your end.
Book/s so returned must be properly packed and received at our end in the same condition it was sent and if received in damaged condition, no refund would be made.
Courier/postage charges are non-refundable, and no refund would be payable by us for the return of book/s by the customer.
We assume that the customer has accepted the terms and conditions placed by us before ordering our product/s.
A refund would be made for the book/s ordered from www.wegallivant.com only when the book/s are returned as per the Return Policy.
The customer could get a full refund in case the order is cancelled and intimated to us within 24 hrs or before we have dispatched the book/s. The customer can cancel an online order by emailing immediately to email@example.com.
In place of the book/s ordered the customer can email us any other book/s either of the same value or more. If the value of the books so chosen is more than the online order originally ordered, we shall let you know the difference amount to be paid to us. Book/s would be dispatched only after the difference amount has been received at our end.
The book/s that has been purchased from any of our resellers or distributors or any other ecommerce website cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds must be made manually at the same reseller or distributor or ecommerce website from where the book/s were purchased.
