These Terms govern your use of wegallivant.com (the “Site”), operated by Gallivant Ventures LLP (LLPIN ACB-5193), Kochi, Kerala (“Gallivant”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are using this Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. What this Site is
This Site is an informational presence for Gallivant Ventures LLP, a founder-led holding company, and its portfolio of operating businesses, properties, and brand assets. It exists to introduce the company and to start conversations.
3. Not investment advice and not an offer
Nothing on this Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, or an invitation to invest in any fund. Gallivant is not a fund and does not manage external capital. Any partnership, investment, property, or brand-asset arrangement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
4. No professional relationship
Use of this Site—including submitting an enquiry through our contact form or booking a call through our scheduling link—does not create any advisory, fiduciary, investment, employment, or partnership relationship between you and Gallivant. No such relationship arises until a formal written agreement is executed and signed by both parties.
5. Booking a call
Booking a call through our scheduling link does not constitute a commitment by either party to any arrangement, partnership, or transaction. Either party may cancel or reschedule a booked call at any time. Gallivant’s obligations are governed solely by a separate written agreement.
6. Confidentiality of pre-engagement discussions
Any information you share with us before a formal non-disclosure agreement is executed between you and Gallivant is not confidential and is not subject to any confidentiality obligation on Gallivant’s part. Do not share proprietary, sensitive, or confidential business information through this Site’s contact form or in an initial call unless a signed NDA is in place.
7. Contact form submissions
By submitting an enquiry through our contact form, you confirm that: (a) the information you provide is accurate; (b) you are not submitting unsolicited commercial messages or content that infringes a third party’s rights; and (c) you consent to your enquiry being shared with the relevant Gallivant portfolio business for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the Gallivant name and logo are owned by or licensed to Gallivant Ventures LLP. The following names and marks are trademarks of Gallivant or its portfolio businesses: LowLightKing, FullFrameGear, Playway Books, Playbook® (registered trademark), Cocoon, Qualified Deals, and Portus. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content or any of these marks without prior written permission.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to the websites of our portfolio businesses and to third-party platforms including social media. Portfolio business websites operate under their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we link to. Links to social media platforms are governed by each platform’s own terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, to attempt unauthorised access to any system connected to the Site, or to submit false, infringing, or malicious content through our forms.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information on the Site, and all implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by Indian law. Portfolio counts, property counts, asset counts, and other figures shown are indicative as at 31 May 2026 and subject to change without notice. Do not rely on information on this Site without independent verification.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gallivant is not liable for: (a) any loss arising from reliance on information on this Site; (b) any loss arising from the unavailability or malfunction of the Site; (c) any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss; or (d) any direct loss in aggregate exceeding ₹10,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Force majeure
Gallivant is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, internet outages, or other events outside Gallivant’s control.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gallivant governing your use of this Site and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings regarding the same.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
